Perennial Plant Care
Many perennials are extremely low maintenance that provides years of pleasure. These beauties respond well to a quality fertilizer and they clean up nice by cutting them back once a year. Don'scut back most perennials late fall/early winter. Others such as ornamental grasses and some verities of Liriope (Monkey Grass) to name a couple have great winter interest most of winter so we cut these back in late winter/early spring depending on our client’s personal preference.
